Qualifications

Ivan Mathew has extensive experience in criminal defense of fraud and financial crimes, so he knows precisely what to look for in internal investigations. He is also a former Assistant U.S. attorney and Special U.S. attorney with substantial federal court experience. Because of his connections as a former prosecutor, Mr. Mathew can often ascertain what are the government's concerns in their external investigation.

Mr. Mathew is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds an LL.M. in international business law from the London School of Economics, one of the foremost learning institutions in the world.
